Basic qualifications:

  • Ages 21–40
  • At least one full-term, uncomplicated pregnancy and delivery
  • Currently raising at least one child
  • Meets clinic BMI requirements (BMI Calculator). ​​​
  • Nicotine- and drug-free
  • Stable, supportive home
  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Lives in a surrogacy-friendly state
​Final eligibility is subject to medical-record review, psychological screening, background checks, and IVF-clinic approval.

  2. Create your profile and match — review intended-parent profiles and choose a match that feels right.
  3. Complete medical, psychological, and background screening — complete the evaluations required for final clearance.
  4. Review the legal agreement — your independent attorney reviews the agreement before medications begin.
  5. Transfer, pregnancy, and birth — we stay involved through transfer, pregnancy, delivery, and recovery.
