Second Chance Surrogacy was founded in 2015 to provide intended parents and gestational surrogates with a more personal, responsive experience. After working with international patients at a Beverly Hills IVF clinic, founder Alice Liang saw how overwhelming third-party family building could become — especially for families navigating a new medical system, language, and country.
She created Second Chance Surrogacy around clear communication, thoughtful coordination, and continuity of care. Today, our boutique team works closely with IVF clinics, attorneys, insurance specialists, escrow providers, and other independent professionals while remaining a consistent point of contact throughout the journey.

Alice Liang founded Second Chance Surrogacy after working with international fertility patients at a Beverly Hills IVF clinic. For more than 10 years, she has helped intended parents navigate IVF preparation, donor coordination, surrogate matching, pregnancy support, and post-birth planning.
Alice understands that family building is both deeply personal and logistically complex. Her approach combines hands-on coordination, cultural sensitivity, and genuine care. She provides direct English and Chinese support and works with families from the United States and abroad. |

Sharon participates on many advisory boards as well as being a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and the Seattle Tacoma Area Reproductive Society. She also is a trusted advisor to many clinics, mental health professionals, attorneys, and escrow companies. Sharon has decades of experience in third-party reproduction and has served twice as a gestational surrogate, giving birth to two sets of twins. Sharon is also the author of the popular paperback Surrogacy Makes a Family Grow, a book for children of surrogate mothers.
